We had a wonderful stay at the Promenade Hotel in Budapest, made truly exceptional thanks to Sonia at the front desk. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled and we couldn’t get through to the airline on our own phones, Sonia went above and beyond: she called the airline herself, patiently handled everything, and arranged a new flight for us. We will be ever so grateful for her kindness and dedication.

Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel is in a perfect location for exploring all the sights Budapest has to offer. The metro station nearby made it especially easy to visit the Széchenyi Baths and other landmarks. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The noice of the elevator was too strong at nights and it was hard for us to sleep. Also the matress was not comfortable. The man in the reception tried to help us kindly , but it was not helpfull. The location is great. The room was clean.
