1) i was charged euro 38 for the taxi which never reached airport on time. i booked it through booking.com and details were sent. No confirmation was received on my email for taxi confirmation, driver name etc however i waited at the airport for some time and the left for hotel.
2) i took another taxi however i got a call on the way from the hotel that driver is waiting. i was told that driver was waiting but i couldn't find him at airport. I asked for the driver photo for confirmation but it was not provided
3) reception ronald told me that benefit of doubt should be given to taxi driver . Kindly reimburse the amount
