We take note of your comment regarding the timing of housekeeping service. Our housekeeping team begins operations at 08:00 and prioritises departure rooms first, in order to prepare them for incoming guests, followed by occupied rooms throughout the day.
We understand that rest and comfort are important, and guests are always welcome to inform the reception of their preferred cleaning time or to use the “Do Not Disturb” sign when they wish to rest uninterrupted. Our team will always do its best to accommodate individual preferences, subject to daily operations.
