Very good. Staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist, such as extra towels when visiting the baths

Fine! the elevator was a bit laught.
The breakfast, the bread was dry, the juice water-ich.
The people - personal were all nice, helpfuld.

Perfect location - very central. Very comfortable, quiet and clean room. The staff were super friendly and nice and offered help and advice, which is very much appreciated. Thank you for the nice stay. Would definitely come again!

The hotel presented itself as a clean and upgraded place. Rooms were clean with contemporary furniture including plenty of storage for your belongings.
I would not rates as a 10 for the pure lack of toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and soap bar.
There was a single bottle of water and two coffee pods. After that you had to pay. Strange.
Other than that we were happy with our stay at the Promenade.
