Lovely hotel right in the center. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I meant to tell the front desk person that the shower head rail thing needs to be tightened in room 107. When we turned the shower on, water went everywhere because the rail holder was not tight enough for the power of the water.

Das Zimmer mit der Nummer 201 war leider gegenüber vom Lift. Deswegen hat man immer wieder den Lift gehört und wurden auch durch den erzeugten Lärm aufgeweckt. Ansonsten war ich mit dem Gesamtpaket zufrieden.

Staff very personable. Shower inaccessible for my 76 year old husband. Modernise! Ditch the bath. A walk in shower needed. Unhappy about beverage arrangements. No milk. 2 coffee capsules free then we had to purchase them. In all the hotels we've stayed in, never has this happened before. Bed was lovely.
