Dear Fabiana Prado,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

We appreciate your compliments regarding our central location and affordability.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the incident you experienced. Rest assured, we take security very seriously, and we will investigate this matter to ensure such occurrences are avoided in the future.

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in our hotel.
