We really enjoyed our experience. The pool is amazing and the kids enjoyed the mini club. Food and air conditioning could be improved. The pool towel system was very stressful. Regular card system where you trade your card for a towel or return your towel for a card at poolside is better than giving money for the towels and keeping that receipt till check out. That was very stressful and when staying at luxury hotel you shouldn't give guests stress over small things like towels
