I recently returned to Puerto Antilla Grand Hotel after more than a decade, having stayed there several times in the past. I’m happy to say that the experience was once again very pleasant.

The all-inclusive meals were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options in particular, stood out for its diversity and freshness. The staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere of the hotel remains welcoming and relaxing.

One small point of improvement would be the condition of the plants in the flower beds on the room balconies. Many appeared dry or missing, which detracted slightly from the otherwise well-maintained environment.

Regarding the "El Mirador" got a Very poor service. After waiting for almost 30 minutes without anyone coming to take our order, we gave up and left. Extremely disappointing experience.

Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely consider returning again.

Local bonito e confortavel. Piscina grande com locais de sombra. Quartos duplos normais. Espaço de refeições muito agradavel, comida diversificada. Ponto menos positivo a animação (muito fraca e tardia). Pouco estacionamento na zona , garagem paga e cara.
