o Wifi é muito fraco e o estacionamento é muito caro

Experiencia satisfactoria. Todo el personal del hotel ha sido muy amable y eficaz, con un trato cercano y respetuoso. No es el tipo de hotel que más nos gusta, pero lo elegimos por estar bien comunicado y próximo a los lugares que deseábamos visitar.
Estamos muy agradecidos a todo el personal por su amabilidad y simpatía.

Bom hotel com a restauração a melhorar. Se for mais tarde já não tenho tudo como inicialmente, ou seja não voltam a repor. Tendo em vista que é muita confusão no inicio depois falta comida.

Großes Lob an den Küchenchef für die Bemühungen und an die stets freundlichen und sehr bemühten Reinigungskräfte.
Negativ fiel auf, dass an der Rezeption kaum Englisch gesprochen wurde und es auch nicht versucht wurde alternativ dann mit Übersetzungstools zu arbeiten. Die Buchung eines Ausflugs über die Rezeption lief gut.
Die gesamte Kommunikation war eher schlecht: QR-Codes und viel zu schnell laufende Bildschirme mit Infos zu den Animationen und dem Abendprogramm.
Wir haben uns nie wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Very well organized with SPA, massage, gymnasium, entertainments. A combination of swimming pools for children and adults are well set with a group of young welcoming animators who delight with fun initiatives. Cordiality, friendliness and hospitality is the brand of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are fantastic with delicious food prepared on the spot (particularly appreciated is the fish). Very good for families and people who like to have a restful break. Settled few meters from the seashore, it gives the opportunity to enjoy the Immense beach dotted with shells. A small village of fishermen where go for good fish is few hundred meters apart. Golf club is also just aside.

Boa, embora a sala de refeições seja muito barulhenta devido ás muitas crianças e mamãs em permanente desfile com os carros de bebé...., é a política do hotel, só volta quem quiser.

Hotel com boa localização. É necessário mais limpeza na zona da piscina e quartos.
