Buena aunque en el desayuno estaba muy mal organizado. Las mesas sucias y no disponían nuevos manteles . todo fue excesivamente estresante.

La verdad es que todas las veces que he estado el sevicio la atencion la calidad de los buffet es siempre igual genial uno de los mejores hoteles que he estado y tengo la suerte de poder decirlo habiendo viajado por todo el mundo

Balón haría como buena experiencia en el hotel entiendo que a la vez o core huéspedes buffet se convierta en menú pero es cierto que no se me informa en ningún momento de esas circunstancias hasta que llegue al comedor quizá hubiera elegido otra opción de comida. Sólo alojamiento y desayuno y no pensión completa como tenía contratado

LA ESTANCIA HA SIDO MUY BUENA. LO MEJOR DEL HOTEL SIN DUDA ALGUNA LA ANIMACION INFANTIL. LAS MONITORAS
GLORIA Y MAR SON INCREIBLES PARA LOS NIÑOS, SIN ELLAS EL HOTEL NO SERIA LO MISMO. SOLO POR VER A LOS NIÑOS
EN LA MINIDISCO Y EN EL MINICLUB MERECE LA PENA VOLVER. UN SALUDO PARA ELLAS DE GABRIELA DE SANTANDER.

LO HEMOS PASADO MUY BIEN. TIENE UNAS INSTALACIONES MUY BIEN CUIDADAS. ES UN HOTEL MUY FAMILIAR. LA ANIMACION DEL HOTEL ESTA MUY BIEN. EL UNICO INVONVENIENTE ES QUE TUVIMOS PROBLEMAS PARA CONECTARNOS AL WIFI DEL HOTEL, PERO NO TIENE MAYOR IMPORTANCIA. VOLVEREMOS.
