Puedo decir que la experiencia en termos del hotel es muy lindo y limpio, me gustó bastante, pero,mucho de los staff no corresponde bien al nivel, por su mal trato y las pocas ganas de atender y tratar. Tuve mal experiencia con una de las chicas de mesa del almuerzo, que trataba super mal cuando les pedía para tomar, bastante agrios también los chicos de salvavidas que nos trataron bastante feo.. ya el resto del staff recepción,animación y bar fueron impecables.
Supongo que habría de buscar mejoras porque,desde ya,por el trato que recibimos mis 4 amigos y yo,no creo que volvería

We found the hotel was perfect for our stay (family of 4). We particularly found Carmen and Naiara from the Children's club to be really lovely, and our children had a lot of fun with them. Was definitely a big plus.

The entire operation lacks HEART. No sense that one mattered, recognised, - Just a number in a vast industrial guest industry. But due to my group, and the excellent facilities, I had a nice time.
