I totally enjoyed the hotel from the decor to the beautiful gardens and pool area. I found not enough staff had good English for such a big hotel, also going to dinner was a nightmare, two sittings 6 - 8 and 8 - 10 would work better....overall I had a lovely experience and I will be back!

Very satisfactory. The restaurant food was excellent. The restaurant staff, cleaning staff and reception staff were all excellent. The pool area was excellent and the provision of sun loungers was excellent too (although some loungers were broken). The room was a very good size and the beds were comfortable. However, 1 pillow is not enough for a comfortable sleep. Some items in the bathroom were loose on the wall i.e. shaving mirror, power outlet and dispenser beside the toilet roll holder. In Ireland we are used to having tea/coffee making facilities in the room and this would be desirable although not essential. Also, the counter top above the fridge needs ventilation slots to dissipate the heat from the evaporator at the rear of the fridge . Without ventilation the fridge cannot operate at its optimum level.
