En General y hasta el check out genial, pero al hacer el chek out pedimos retrasar la salida como en los 5 años anteriores que hemos estado yendo pero esta vez no han querido aun habiendo habitaciones libres (en mi caso una Junior suite), en la web se podia reservar sin haber ultimas habitaciones.
Por último cuando mi esposa y yo estabamos metiendo las maletas al coche haciendo uso de un carro llegó un empleados pidiendome el carro porque un cliente lo necesita.......a caso yo no era un cliente o por haber terminado ya la estancia estoy peor mirado......alucinante.

Nos ha encantado todo! El personal ,la limpieza,los animadores, la comida. No solo los grande se lo pasan bien, como también los niños. Esperamos volver en breve.

Desigual. Bien desayuno y piscina. Regular limpieza de habitación. Cierta incomodidad y lentitud al estar el hotel (creo) lleno.

Hace muchísimos años que vamos a este mismo hotel. Ya lo consideramos "casi como algo nuestro", y seguiremos yendo cada vez que podamos. Nunca nos ha defraudado.
