Puerto Antilla Grand Hotel

The infrastructure is nice and well maintained. However the service needs improvement. Unfortunately I did not fell the staff to be very nice or helpful. The treatment of the rooms could be improved. Often we had to request towells (were taken away but not replaced, shower gel, etc).

La experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria en general.

Even though we enjoyed our stay, there are elements that let the hotel down. Conflicting information regarding the EV chargers was one. Paying or not to park as well as for the charging was the main issue. I've never been asked to pay for parking as well as to charge before. I found this to be quite shocking. I found that the pool hours were quite short, meaning there was limited time that it could be enjoyed. The hotel didn't seem to be advertised as a kids hotel, but it felt that way when we arrived. We were there for a couples holiday, so the sheer quantity of children there was a disappointment. Also the age old issue of people leaving their "stuff" on the sun loungers all day while they go and do other things was frustrating. We arrived to the pool area several times to find we had to sit on the floor.

Buena en general, excepto las cenas en la que la calidad no era buena en especial la plancha.

Muito boa, excepto o restaurante pela hora de jantar. Em outros anos há opções de comida na parte oposta à grelha, como as comidas temáticas, o que faz com que as pessoas se dispersem. Como, na semana em que estivemos, não houve muitas opções, a filha para os grelhados estava muito grande.

Uma óptima experiência, pela segunda vez e a repetir, sem dúvida.

Muy bien en lo referente a personal e instalaciones. Y suspenso en cuanto a la comida.

Foi uma experiência muito positiva, só se lamenta a falta de wifi nos quartos.

Agradable, posiblemente he echado en falta más sombra en zona de piscina, ya que hay muchos árboles en periodo de retroceso y cada vez se nota más su pérdida de hojas y por lo tanto sombra (entiendo que esto es aplicable a mi mujer y a mi que somos más de sombra) . Es el cuarto año consecutivo que vamos y confiamos en poder ir más

Excellent, food is delicious. Late start for evening meal at 8 was too late for me. Two hours for meal meant a lot of queues.
Hotel is fantastic, would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing holiday.
