I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We only stayed 20 minutes after checking in and left immediately after seeing how disgusting the room was. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable musty smell, and I quickly discovered mold in several areas. The shower head had visible black mold, which made it uncomfortable to use, and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable.
The furniture in the room was another major letdown. Both the bed and the sofa were not only outdated but also stained and dirty, which made relaxing in the room very unpleasant. It’s clear that the furnishings are in desperate need of replacement and better maintenance.
That said, I do want to acknowledge the front desk staff, particularly the lady at reception. She was very kind, attentive, and tried her best to assist with any concerns I had. Her professionalism was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness and quality of the rooms.
