on a passé une bonne nuit

Expérience très bonne, satisfaite de mon choix. Idéalement situé, tout à proximité. Chambre très spacieuse et équipée.
Une adresse que je retiens pour plus tard !

L’hôtel ressemble à une barre HLM toute grise.
Aucun charme. Contrairement à l’immeuble en face. Aucune décoration n’y plante.
Le chemin qui longe le parking est en pierre cela abîme les valises.

Très bonne expérience au sein de cet établissement comme la première fois où nous sommes venus

Chambre un peu vieillotte mais belle surprise
Propre, spacieuse et fonctionnelle
Proche du lac.
Petits points d'amélioration ;
* manque une cafetiere
* nbre de serviettes de bain un peu juste

Nous reviendrons assurément

J'aime beaucoup le resid hotel car il possede une petite cuisine et cest proche du lac.

Moyen l accueil très moyen manque de sourire

J'ai passé un bon séjour et je recommande vraiment.

Je déplore juste que l on ne m ai pas répondu par mail à mes interrogations et que mes demandes n ont pas été prises en compte.
Il manque une planche à découper et tous les manches de casseroles et poêles sont à resserrer.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We only stayed 20 minutes after checking in and left immediately after seeing how disgusting the room was. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable musty smell, and I quickly discovered mold in several areas. The shower head had visible black mold, which made it uncomfortable to use, and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable.

The furniture in the room was another major letdown. Both the bed and the sofa were not only outdated but also stained and dirty, which made relaxing in the room very unpleasant. It’s clear that the furnishings are in desperate need of replacement and better maintenance.

That said, I do want to acknowledge the front desk staff, particularly the lady at reception. She was very kind, attentive, and tried her best to assist with any concerns I had. Her professionalism was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness and quality of the rooms.
