Je suis déçue par relation client la relation client.
J’ai expliqué plus haut mon mécontentement. J’ajouterais ici que le lendemain, à la réception, pour payer la fameuse taxe de séjour, on m’a demandé, à nouveau, comme la veille par téléphone, de payer le parking, ce que j’avais fait en ligne au moment de la réservation.
