Hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre-ville, comprenant un parking gratuit. Le studio est propre et permet de cuisiner, très bon rapport qualité prix !

Parfaite.
La chambre B003 reste malgré cela bruyante au matin car proche de la zone de petit déjeuner (ou alors il y a une zone fumeur proche) car nous entendions des conversations au réveil.

Terrible experience. I am hard of hearing with nearly full loss in left ear and l9ss in right ear. I was speaking to my husband on phone. Manager came over and told me turn down. Very embarrassing situation. Tried to contact hotel via email and they stop responding to me. Terrible place and Terrible management and staff

We sincerely regret this situation, which occurred as follows.

You were in the breakfast room, on the speaker phone, which bothered our other guests, and the manager kindly asked you to lower the volume a little. Because in France, it's polite to keep the volume of your telephone conversations and video calls low in a public place, out of respect for others.
At no point did you mention your disability, as we could have offered you a more secluded place to make your call in peace and quiet.
We apologize for the misunderstanding, but your comments are completely defamatory and we have reported your behavior to Booking.com, as it was disproportionate towards our team.
