Séjour correcte, à part que nous avions réserver sur internet avec petit-déjeuner compris, et que le lendemain on nous a fait payer 20 euros supplémentaires de petit-déjeuner. Ainsi, nous ne réserverons plus en ligne et aurons peu confiance à vos établissements. Je me réserve la droit en tant que journaliste d'en informer ma rédaction.

Très bon hôtel, accueillant
Grande chambre propre ainsi que la salle de bain. Kitchenette il y a l'essentiel.

Foi boa , só achei algumas coisas que deveriam melhorar como a recepção (só as duas meninas eram simpáticas) , a limpeza uma vez por semana pouca , ar acondicionado péssimo com aquele cheiro esquisito . De resto ótima localização (bem perto do tram linha C) , quarto com televisão e casa de banho boas mas a cozinha pequena demais e aquela janela não dava para a troca do ar no quarto. Aconselharia este Aparthotel só para quem não quer ter muito confort e ser mais practico. Agradeço na mesma pela vossa disponibilidade agradeço vocês todos , amei a França e Bordeaux muito muito charmosa . Ao revoir !

Regarding the cleaning services during the stay, it is important to explain that we are not a hotel, we are an apartment hotel. As such, daily cleaning of your apartment during your stay is not included in the reservation. What is included is a "mid-stay clean" for stays of 7 days and longer. We do have different options to have your apartment cleaned more often than that if you'd like. You can book those at reservation or during your stay at the reception.
