Insgesamt eine zu empfehlenden Unterkunft. Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer in einem gutem Zustand, rundum zufrieden. Nähe zum Zentrum, Straßenbahn um die Ecke

Sehr gut, immer wieder gerne.
Leider mussten wir das Schlafsofa selbst beziehen, wir hatten 4 Personen gebucht aber das Schlafzimmer war fertig
Für den Preis hätte man uns das machen können, weil wir mit Kindern um 23 Uhr angekommen sind

Not good. I have raised a request for a refund in email due to the above comments and not even received a reply. This is extremely unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend or stay in another Resid Hotel
