Non mi è piaciuto. La camera sporca ed inadeguata rispetto a quello che avevo chiesto non mi permette una recensione positiva, soprattutto con dei bambini

Dear Roberta, You had a disappointed stay and we are sorry about that, as our aim is to have happy clients. Check in time is 3pm, you arrived à 1pm and because the room you were supposed to have was not ready, we changed your room to another room so you didn't have to wait. This room was not prepared to be occupied by 4 persons, explaining why the sofa bed was not done with the sheets and you didn't have enough towels. We apologize for that, the change was initially done to bring you satisfaction. In regards to the cleanliness you should have told us immediately, we would have send our housekeeping staff back to the room. We hope you will give us another chance if you come back in Bordeaux.

Nous avons été satisfaits de la prestation. Au départ nous avons signalé un problème dodeurs de canalisations dans la salle de bain. Notre remarque a été notée. Nous profitons de cette enquête pour attirer votre attention sur la question de la propreté des fenêtres. Malheureusement celle de notre chambre état couverte dexcréments doiseaux .

Correcta, pero el baño tenía olor a cañería

Résidence à deux pas du tramway. Facilité de parking. Endroit agréable, calme et confortable. A conseiller !
