Appart-Hôtel très bien situé, juste à côté de la station de tram, à 3 arrêts du centre-ville. Place de parking gratuite. Nous avons bénéficié dun studio spacieux, indépendant, tout équipé, un véritable appartement ! Clim, kitchenette toute équipée et chauffe-serviettes inclus. Nous reviendrons !

Hôtel très calme, bien insonorisé, très bonne literie. Revoir la propreté (douche, vmc et rebords de fenêtres). La télévision ne fonctionnait pas dans tout l'hôtel, nous aurions apprécié un geste commercial (exemple : 1 pdj gratuit), hélas notre demande est restée sans suite. Dommage, cela se fait ailleurs.

The room was very dirty, with leftovers of mosquitoes whom been smashed on the walls, there was mold in the bathroom ceiling, the fire alarm was not attached to the wall instead I found it in the bathroom drawer, the panels around the room and especially in the wardrobe was all dirty, the bed was two separated beds whom been pushed together which was very annoying when sleeping two people. Room service was not included, you had to pay extra for it, as well as for youre towels to be changed, THIS I WAS FURIOUS ABOUT cos theres no information about this before booking. So because theres no room service, you have to ask for toilet paper at the front desk when you are out of paper. And the ABSOLUTELY worst thing about the stay is that our room was in the basement of the hotel! THE SMEEL was horrible and I had to wash all the clothes and bags when we got home because the stank stayed in out clothes even the ones whom was clean. The smell was horrible, it smelled like theres been a water leak/mold/ and no opening the windows. I was overall horrible and I would not recommend anybody to stay at this place.

We're sorry to learn our cleaning services were not satisfactory. We regret that you did not inform our receptionists about it during your stay. They could have asked our cleaning team to clean your apartment again or offered you to change apartments.
We are sorry that our "Italian" beds, which have the advantage of being wider, did not suit you. These beds are usually more comfortable. The residence's manager will check that they are put together properly as you are not supposed to feel a separation between the two beds.
Regarding daily cleaning, it is important to remind you that we are not a hotel, we are an apartment hotel. The very concept of apartment hotels is that guests enjoy complete independence and privacy, as the residence staff does not enter our guests' flats during their stay, and thanks to the kitchenettes. However, we do offer a "hotel service" option at an additional cost which includes daily cleaning of the flats. All of this information is available on our website, before reservation. For the toilet paper, our protocol request that two rolls are provided for studios for 2 people which is usually more than enough for stays of up to 7 days. If you need, more, that is not a problem at all, you just have to ask our receptionists for more.
In regards to the location of your apartment, you booked an "economy studio." This less-expensive category of apartments was made for our apartments located on the patio floor, as indicated on the "economy studio" description. If you prefer to be on the upper levels, we would advise booking a "Studio (2 Adults)", a One-Bedroom Apartment (4 Adults), or a "Suite."
However, there should not have been any issues with humidity and we are very sorry about the inconveniences it caused. We forwarded your remarks about the humidity to the appropriate services so that this unusual problem can be fixed.

odeur désagréable de remontée et internet nul 2/10.impossible de faire des résa pour bateau , musée....très pénible .je l'ai dit à l'accueil et rien à faire débit lent et qui coupe sans arrêt.chambre B 107 à bannir pour accès internet !!

Habitué à cet hôtel, j ai effectué la réservation en direct sur le site, après 10 ans d absence, je trouve que l entretien est primordial et suis heureux de le revoir en bon état. Le seul bémol est les chaînes de tv mais on ne vas pas à l hôtel pour la regarder.
