Dommage pour le pommeau de douche et les joints de carrelage non nettoyés depuis un moment, rideau de douche avec traces marrons-rouges qui ont gâché mon expérience client (inacceptable!), en plus du sifflement de la ventilation/climatisation. Mais côté service : personnel souriant et attentif, confortable et pratique, cuisine équipée ainsi que les produits d'accueil de la salle de bain, manque peut-être (papier et crayon pour le bureau). Situé dans un environnement calme. Possibilité de se garer.

Nous sommes désolés pour le pommeau et le rideau de douche qui n'étaient pas propres. Nous avons fait remonter votre commentaire à la responsable de la résidence afin que le nécessaire soit fait à ce sujet ainsi que pour le bruit venant de la ventilation. Nous tenions aussi à vous informer que les salles de bains sont en cours de rénovation. Elles sont refaites au fur et mesure et elles seront toutes finies d'ici mars prochain. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau une fois les travaux terminés afin de connaitre votre avis sur nos nouveautés.

As I said before: disappointing.
The breakfast was way expensive to what you offer.. and also, 2:30h of breakfast? One day u got out the room 10:36 and it was all clean! That’s insane..
The public areas were kind of dirty, didn’t have a good smell either. We weren’t comfortable as well since the blanckets were dirty/had wholes... we don’t had cleaning service because you guys charge..
It’s just very different from the photos! Very.. the only thing good it’s the bed, it’s confortable.

We're sorry to learn you were disappointed by your stay in our residence. Regarding breakfast, our breakfast lasts for 3 hours and a half, not 2 hours and a half. During the week it is available from 6:30 am to 10:00 am, and on the weekends it is available from 7:30 am to 11:00 am. These are standard hotel breakfast schedules in France. If you prefer to have breakfast after 10:00 am, our apartments have the advantage of having small kitchens where you can make and cook any type of breakfast at your time of preference.
We apologize for the blankets. We wish you would have told us about it; we would have given you new blankets right away.
In regards to daily cleaning in the apartments, it is important to explain that we are not a hotel, we are a hotel residence, also known as appart'hôtel or tourism residence. As such daily cleaning is not included in our basic option. However, you can choose or "hotel service" option which includes daily housekeeping. This is all explained on our website.
