The room was full of mosquitoes, alive and dead (squashed all over the walls). The breakfast was over priced and of bad quality, as well as there usually not being any fruit (after 8AM) or enough dishes to use for all guests.
We apologize for the mosquitoes. We forwarded your comment to the residence's manager so she can do what is necessary about it. We have also taken note of your remarks on breakfast to improve it.
