As I said before: disappointing.
The breakfast was way expensive to what you offer.. and also, 2:30h of breakfast? One day u got out the room 10:36 and it was all clean! That’s insane..
The public areas were kind of dirty, didn’t have a good smell either. We weren’t comfortable as well since the blanckets were dirty/had wholes... we don’t had cleaning service because you guys charge..
It’s just very different from the photos! Very.. the only thing good it’s the bed, it’s confortable.
Disappointing.

We're sorry to learn you were disappointed by your stay in our residence. Regarding breakfast, our breakfast lasts for 3 hours and a half, not 2 hours and a half. During the week it is available from 6:30 am to 10:00 am, and on the weekends it is available from 7:30 am to 11:00 am. These are standard hotel breakfast schedules in France. If you prefer to have breakfast after 10:00 am, our apartments have the advantage of having small kitchens where you can make and cook any type of breakfast at your time of preference.
We apologize for the blankets. We wish you would have told us about it; we would have given you new blankets right away.
In regards to daily cleaning in the apartments, it is important to explain that we are not a hotel, we are a hotel residence, also known as appart'hôtel or tourism residence. As such daily cleaning is not included in our basic option. However, you can choose or "hotel service" option which includes daily housekeeping. This is all explained on our website.

Vie situé mais appart à amoliere au niveau equipement (Tv pas de torchon pour la vaisselle).

Nous sommes ravis de lire que vous avez apprécié notre emplacement à côté du tram qui mène directement au centre-ville. Nous regrettons que vous ne nous ayez pas prévenu qu'il manquait un torchon dans la cuisine de votre appartement et que la télévision ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Nous vous aurions donné un torchon tout de suite et nous aurions fait intervenir notre technicien au plus vite pour la télévision.
