overall very good value and would stay there again. near the tram and hopefully the nearby works will be finished soon so parking will be easier. it's free outside the hotel. great to have the self catering option. pleasant reception. would be nice to have an outside space to chill out but can't have everything! also, was a bit smelly with the drains in the bathroom but it wasn't all the time and they are aware of the issue.
