It was an average experience.
A day before the day we had to check-in our booking was cancelled because of invalid credit card, even though I chose to pay at the hotel.
I'm not sure I will choose this option for another stay.
We would like to thank you for the time you have taken to share your experience following your stay in our residence Galerie Tatry.
We are sorry to hear that your booking has been cancelled but effectively if the credit number provided for your booking is invalid, we are obliged to cancel the booking. But before cancelling the booking we inform you that your credit card is invalid and that you have 24 hours to provide a new one. If you don’t provide a new credit card number the booking is cancelled.
We hope we will have the pleasure to welcome you again for a better experience in Galerie Tatry or in one of our other properties.
