idéalement situé. Appartement spacieux mais sans charme. Un rafraichissement serait nécessaire

Average. You should post the opening hours of the reception on booking. We arrived on a Saturday at 2pm (like how it was scheduled in our booking at booking.com) and no one was there because on weekends the reception only opens at 4pm. You should warn people. And also there was a girl that was on the reception at the date of checkout that was really inflexible. We ordered some breakfast and thought the price was 9 as stated on the elevator. She told me it was not and that needs to be changed. But if you have a price on the wall, you should follow that price. She was not flexible and not understanding

Dear Sofia,
We have taken good note of your comment posted following your stay at Grenette and we thank you for it. After checking, our reception hours are well indicated on all the websites and we are sorry if you did not see the information.
Concerning the breakfast rate, it has indeed been increased and we apologise if this information has not been relayed within our residence. Our customer service is at your disposal for any refund of the difference paid in excess.
We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Yours sincerely.

Espérant vous accueillir à nouveau prochainement ;
Bien cordialement,
Emma, Service Qualité
