Il soggiorno è stato un po’ rovinato da alcuni disguidi che abbiamo avuto già a partire dall’arrivo e poi nel corso della permanenza. In particolare non è stato positivo l’aver avuto assegnato un appartamento la cui pulizia non si è rivelata all’altezza, nè della biancheria nè delle dotazioni in cucina. Fortunatamente in seguito alla richiesta di cambio ce ne è stato assegnato uno un po’ migliore. In secondo luogo abbiamo dovuto scendere più volte in reception per chiedere aiuto con le chiavi smagnetizzate e, addirittura, contattare il call centre per poter rientrare in camera nel periodo di chiusura della reception. Abbiamo trovato poco corretto non concederci un late check-out gratuito date le difficoltà dei giorni precedenti. Per il resto la posizione è molto buona e il prezzo abbastanza vantaggioso.

We have forwarded your comment on the towels and bedsheets' cleanliness to our laundry supplier. Regarding the kitchen, as we are an apartment hotel and not a hotel, it is our customers' responsibility to clean it if they use it. However, if you find that the previous clients did not clean it well enough, please let us know so we can do what is necessary so that you can use the kitchen freely. In regards to the keycards, they are sensible and can get demagnetized if they are in contact with a cellphone. This is why we recommend our clients to keep them separated from smartphones. We're happy to read you still enjoyed our location in the centre of Grenoble.
