It was a good experience in Grenoble and the hotel played a decisive part in making me and my girlfriend satisfied. You have everything you need for a striking price, and the rooms are so cozy! Get one as soon as you can!

las paredes de la habitación estaban muy sucias y en nueve días que estuvimos alojados no limpiaron ningún día la habitación ni cambiaron las sabanas en esos nueve días ni tampoco cambiaron las toallas, a la semana de estar allí comuniqué en recepción este tema pero aún así no hicieron la limpieza

After reading your comment I believe it is important to explain that we are not a hotel, we are an apart'hotel. As such, daily cleaning is not included in our basic option. However, we do have a hotel service option with an extra charge which includes daily housekeeping. You can choose this option at reservation and at any time during your stay.

Chambre vétuste mauvaise odeur salle de bain literie défraîchie. Correspond pas à un 3 etoiles

Satisfaisante. (Entretenir le bas de la porte de douche : ça rouille et la plinthe en-dessous pourrit par manque de suivi)
