Dear Mattia,

We're sorry to learn you were not completely satisfied with your stay and we apologize for the inconveniences. We have forwarded your comment on the towels and bedsheets' cleanliness to our laundry supplier. Regarding the kitchen, as we are an apartment hotel and not a hotel, it is our customers' responsibility to clean it if they use it. However, if you find that the previous clients did not clean it well enough, please let us know so we can do what is necessary so that you can use the kitchen freely. In regards to the keycards, they are sensible and can get demagnetized if they are in contact with a cellphone. This is why we recommend our clients to keep them separated from smartphones. We're happy to read you still enjoyed our location in the centre of Grenoble.

We hope we will welcome you again in one of our 20 residences in France.
Kind regards,
