Very good
Charging for a couple of coffee pods a day is weak, though. The rate was plus $300. Ive never seen this kind of charge.

Íbamos a hacer turismo, íbamos a conocer, caminar comprar y disfrutar.
Terrible

Easy check-in and check-out. The beds and kitchen furniture were comfortable. We are elderly, so we appreciated the elevator. The air conditioning was weak, but we visited during a heat wave, so we closed the blinds to keep the room cooler. The bathroom was a good size, though the high tub was a bit challenging to access. Towels were large and comfortable, with clean towels generously provided everyday. We would stay here again. Close to stores, restaurants and Louvre, Eiffel Tower, etc.

Great experience . Pedro ( at the front desk) set the stage from Day 1 right up to when we checked out.

I would definitely return.

It was our daughter’s first Paris experience and we are thankful that Pedro and the team made it super positive

I am delighted with my stay at the ResidHotel Paris Impérial Rennequin. I was travelling solo to visit exhibitions and I walked absolutely everywhere. The location is perfect. The 17th is a lovely area, very attractive, quiet and safe with just enough amenities; supermarkets, boulangeries, bistros, asian eateries, pharmacies, boutiques, and metro stations should you require them. When I left Paris, it took 45 minutes door-to-door to reach Montparnasse train station by foot and metro. Otherwise, I walked as far as the Fondation Louis Vuitton in the west and the Arab World Institute in the South-East. It was perfect.
The two gentlemen whom I interacted with at reception were lovely and extremely welcoming and professional. The building and public area is very attractive, there is a lift as well as a stairs option. Everywhere was clean and pleasant.
I was extremely satisfied with my accommodation. The kitchenette certainly had everything I needed and I appreciated the large security box, good shower and big fluffy towels. The room is very spacious. Lots of room to move around, with a large bright picture window, huge bed and generous terrace, all of which I profited from. I worked at a desk in the evenings, however it occurs to me that if there were two people, you might feel the lack of a chair to relax in. Seating options being hardback chairs or the bed only. Overall though, I am very pleased to have found the Rennequin and I fully intend to return with my husband. If the price point remains stable, this would be my go-to accommodation in Paris every time.

Note; the following comments can be edited out before publication - there was quite a bad ant problem when I arrived and I had to go to several shops to find an appropriate product to deter them. Perhaps the room hadn't been used in a few days and the ants got brave. A spray between guests would probably help. Also the sliding glass door handle looked like it had been prised off in a raid. I managed to get it working but I was anxious not to sleep in a room with an unlocked balcony door.
The decor is alas a little dated and dreary, in contrast to the lovely boutique style decoration of the lobby. Even one feature wall in a different colour would help. Also there is no ambient or task lighting at all, other than bedside. The room lacks a desk lamp or floor lamp, I imagine this would be very drab in the darker evenings. I purchased potted flowers to cheer the place up for the week! And next time I will bring some fairy lights. Otherwise, thank you for the great stay.
