The location was great, the staff was lovely. The kitchenette was perfect and the bed and furniture were very comfortable. The thin walls are problematic and my observation of the smell in the hallway(s) didn't seem to be taken seriously by the staff, but that could be an easy fix if management can find the source. Maybe it's the cleaning agent they use. The rooms didn't smell.

A plumber came last week to understand where this smell could come from. He detected that it would come from the lifting pumps and proposed a solution, which should be in place this week. We are sorry for this inconvenience and ensure you that we did our best to solve it the soonest possible, for your comfort.
