Un séjour très agréable malgré des voisins plus que bruyants et sans gène. Facilité d'accès, propreté. Parfait

Poor experience though staff were friendly. Overall the hotel seemed very disorganised.

Dear Fintan Smyth,

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay with us. It's great to hear that our staff was friendly. We strive to provide a personalized experience, and we're glad you noticed.

We offer breakfast through room service. We serve a continental breakfast, which means a sweet breakfast ans it's typical in France. Through an online survey, our clients can choose what they would like from different options (pain au chocolat or croissant, hot drink, etc...).

We understand that your experience didn't live up to your expectations, and we apologize for that. my team and I will work harder again in order to be sure to satisfy our next customers,

With best regards

Laetitia & the team
