I've written a longer review on the booking platform, however in summary, the entire team were very helpful and genuinely pleasant people. I would like to thank them for their welcome and professionalism. The room was exceptionally spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. I appreciated the attention to details such as task lighting, paper products (kitchen roll, tissues) and soft furnishings. The kitchenette was fully equipped for my needs. The AC worked brilliantly during a heatwave. The full height windows make the room bright and airy but the ceiling to floor shutters permit a great night's sleep. Spacious bathroom and good hot water pressure. Elevator a bonus after long days in Paris. I was travelling alone and felt safe in the area and well looked after in the apart-hotel. I love the 17th. This is my second stay here and once again it did not disappoint. I will certainly be back for more. No matter what I am in Paris for I will stay here.

Good for the price, size and balcony.

I am happy to have chosen Residhotel Rennequin. The location is near Metro stations and some tourist attractions. The staff is friendly, and their service excellent.
