It was very decent, good for a one night stay like I had. If I was to stay for a longer period I would most probably choose something else.

Dear Guest,

We're sorry to read you did not have a good experience with our reception team. However, you called the reception when it was closed and since it was closed, our receptionists were not at the reception desk and hence could not answer the phone. However, we have an on-call team you can contact anytime when the reception is closed. Its number is shown at the entrance as well as in the email sent to you for your late check-in.

We hope we will welcome you again for a better experience.
Best regards,
Emma, Service Qualité

Bonne expérience globale mis à part la remarque sur l'emplacement du lit ou la séparation entre l'entrée et la chambre
