Bon séjour au sein de cet établissement. Le personnel s'est montré agréable, aimable et disponible . Nous y reviendrons lors d'un autre passage à Paris

It was terrible and it will be the last time because someone inside hotel opened my security box (reset the pass code and changed it to open it and after taking everything closed it with new pass code!!!! ) and stole my cash money, apple AirPods, aignar wallet and Gucci sunglasses inside my room in safety box!!!!!

We are sorry you did not enjoy your recent stay in Paris. Regarding our hotel, it is safe: there is one gate outside that opens with a code, an entrance door that also opens with a password and by locking the door to your apartment, no one else can come in. Our safes are also secured as our clients are the ones who choose and set up their own password to lock their safe.
When you came to tell us some of your belongings were missing we offered to help and asked that you forward us your complaint. We have not received this document yet and there is no evidence that someone else but you opened your safe and stole your belongings. Without evidence, we hope you understand there is nothing else we can do.

Foi a pior experiência da minha vida, a viagem que era para curtir terminou em uma decepção, local sem segurança, sem câmera de vigilância, e de acordo com a lei francesa era obrigatório câmera. Furtaram joias, oculos, relógio e bolsas do nosso quarto, minha mala foi arrombada. Decepcionante!!!!!

We are a bit surprised while reading your comment. Our property is secured with two entrance codes: the first one at the outside gate and the second one at the entrance door and then of course when your apartment's door is locked, no one else can come in.
The police came at your request and no sign of infraction was found. Our hotel director tried to see you the following morning but with no success even though you stayed for two more nights.
We hope you understand that with no evidence that a burglary was committed, there is nothing more we can do.

Bonne expérience mais il y a encore des efforts à faire pour ce type de produit notamment au niveau de l'aménagement des appartements

Dear Guest,

We are sorry to learn you were not fully satisfied with your stay. Regarding our reception, there is a team available to assist our clients from 7 am to 8 pm. It is important to explain that we are not a hotel, we are an apart'hotel. As such our guests have more independence, for instance, there is a kitchen in their apartment so they don't have to eat out. We do offer, with extra charge, hotel services like breakfast served in your room.
We have checked all the rooms and floors of our residence and have not found any trace of mice.

If the apart'hotel concept is one you would enjoy for your next trip, we would love to welcome you again.
