Regreted my decision to stay.
Terrible location, out-dated furniture and tacky interior.
The receptionists were very nice and willing to help but since they are mot open 24 hours, which is inconvenient for latecheck in and early check out.
It is with regret we're learning our residence was not to your liking. It is located 10 minutes away from the Arc de Triomphe and 5 minutes from subway stations and we're sorry if this was not the location you were looking for. Regarding the reception's opening hours, as we are a hotel residence we do not have the same reception hours as a hotel. However, it is possible to do a late check-in; we provide our guests with the password to a safe where they can collect the keys to their apartment.
We hope we will have the pleasure to welcome you once again for a better experience.
