Very Good, kind and helpful reception staff, very comfortable and large bed, fresh and clean sheets and towels. Very good coffee and cooking equipment.

I've noted your comments regarding the rugs and curtains. I'm planning to purchase more, and I'll be sure to add these items to the list!

Very positive. The Staff were extremely friendly and informative and the communication was very good, especially regarding the Access Instructions for after hours arrival. The location of the building was perfect and just a short walk from Bars, Grocery Shops, major attractions and the Metro. Both the building and courtyard were extremely clean and very well kept. Would definitely recommend the accomodation and hope to stay here again.

Dear Monsieur Andrews,

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We are delighted to hear that your stay left a positive impression, particularly thanks to our staff, our communication, and our location. It's wonderful to know that our team's efforts were appreciated.

We note your comments about the heating and plastic chairs and are considering improvements to maximize our guests' comfort. While the value for money was perceived as high, we hope the overall experience was worth it.

We sincerely hope to welcome you back very soon.
