Residhotel est très agréable et les chambres sont spacieuses et propres: il n’ya pas de chaînes satellite à la télévision ... alors tout va bien.

Bon établissement, juste un bémol au niveau du parking proposé.pas très pratique pour y accéder et en sortir, Il faut demander la télécommande à l accueil, puis retourner à sa voiture, se garer et retourner à l accueil pour redonner la télécommande, idem pour la sortie.

After reservation, I asked about house keeping service but there was no answer. As I new this hotel originally provides apartment-like service, it was acceptable for me without house keeping everyday. But, during my stay for 5 nights, there was no cleaning of the room, toilet and bus tab. There is a good point for this situation since no one comes in during my stay and I could keep my room condition by myself. However, the definition of "No house keeping" for less than 1 week stay should have been more clearly mentioned when I make the reservation and at the reception when I checked-in.

As we are an Appart'hôtel, daily cleaning is not included in our basic option. It is written on our website in the "concept" tab as well as in the "services" tab of each residence. We do offer a hotel service option, with extra charge, that you can ask for at reservation and any time during your stay.

Bien dans l'ensemble excepté le contact avec la personne du matin ainsi que la manager par téléphone.
