I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. The apartment I was assigned had several issues that made it uncomfortable. The sofa was broken, and the cleanliness was far below expectations—no one came to clean the room during my entire stay, and it was not properly prepared before I arrived. Additionally, the apartment was on the rooftop, with large pillars inside, which limited the usable space and was not mentioned in the booking details.

These issues significantly affected my experience, and despite requesting a room change, nothing was done to resolve the situation. Overall, the apartment did not meet the standards I expected based on the booking description.

I hope management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving both room conditions and cleanliness for future guests.

Accueil agréable, guidage et accompagnement pour le parking, le tout avec le sourire. Quoi demander de plus ! Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de la jeune femme qui s'occupe des chambres ! Très bonne expérience.

nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous voudrions remercier, en particulier, la dame qui était de service au petit déjeuner samedi matin. elle a été à l'écoute et très professionnelle. si nous devons revenir à Grenoble, nous descendrons à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

Good, but the single elevator if you are on top floor is a major problem, especially when housekeeping staff have no courtesy to guests, on the last day we had to wait 15 minutes.
