L'accueil était chaleureux, le réceptionniste était plus qu'agreable et gentil. Tout le staff était serviable et la chambre est juste superbe.

Bad. I still have not been reimbursed for the extra tourist tax or the deposit.

Dear Mr Bond,

We're very sorry you were charged an extra city tax. However, you were reimbursed the day after your departure. The hold on your card for the desposit was also unlocked the day after your departure. It is important to note that with international banks, it can take a few days and even a few weeks for these operations to show on your bank statement.
