Good, except for three nights of disturbed sleep from neighbours, until 2am and 4am. This was from the apartment next door, and then the apartment above. Reception said we could have called them and they would have dealt with it. I think the request on the notice not to disturb others could be reinforced by forfeit of some of the refundable deposit if compaints have to be made, as the neighbours did not respect our request for quiet.
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We're happy to read that overall you enjoyed your stay in our apartmeent hotel. We're very sorry about the disturbance caused by your neighbours. We do wish you would have told our receptionists who would have intervened. We do keep the deposit if our guests are too loud and disrepectful of our other guests' peace and quiet. However, to do so, our team members have to witness it themselves and clearly identify the noisy guests. This is why it is important for you to let us know if you're being disturbed, as it is happening.
