Appartamento fatiscente, pulizia assolutamente assente considerando che dalla grata del soffitto scendevano giù ragnatele unite alla polvere, stoviglie il minimo indispensabile anzi forse anche meno, mobili tutti fatiscenti nel complesso buona solo la posizione !!! In più ad oggi dopo quasi un mese, non sono stati restituiti i soldi della caparra dall'importo pari a 100 pagata in hotel!!! Lo sconsiglio, poco seri !!!

We have forwarded your comment to the head housekeeper so she can check that the ceilings are also cleaned. If you need more cooking equipment, do not hesitate to ask our receptionists for what you need. They'll do everything necessary to make sure you fully enjoy your stay.
Regarding your deposit, it was unblocked on the day of your departure. For the deposit, we hold the money on your credit card and we unblock it after your departure. As it is not a reimbursement per se, not all banks show that the deposit was released. Also, with some international banks, it can take longer to process. We invite you to contact your bank to know the status of your deposit.
