Location Excellent. Receptionist Excellent. Decor and breakfast can be improved.

As I said above, it was a disaster. if it weren't for the localisation and the nice receptionist, I'd thought I went 30 years back in time.

However, we are sincerely sorry to learn that the remainder of your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the condition and cleanliness of the accommodation. The issues you describe regarding the furniture, bedding, kitchen equipment, and the lack of essential products do not reflect the level of comfort we aim to offer our guests.

Séjour très sympa. L'hôtel est proche de la gare sncf, du centre croisette, zone piétonne et tous commerces tout en étant dans une rue calme. Le petit + c'est la place de parking en sous-sol. On peut laisser la voiture à l'abri et tout faire à pieds.

C’est un grand plaisir de savoir que la localisation privilégiée de la résidence, à proximité immédiate de la gare, de la Croisette et des commerces tout en offrant le calme d’une rue discrète, vous a permis de profiter pleinement de votre visite à Cannes. Nous sommes également ravis que la place de parking en sous-sol ait contribué à rendre votre séjour plus confortable en facilitant tous vos déplacements à pied.

Votre appréciation quant à l’accueil attentif de notre équipe ainsi que le confort et l’espace de votre chambre est une vraie reconnaissance pour nos efforts quotidiens.
