I would book this hotel again for a great value on a quiet street in Cannes but a short walk to all the best parts!

Buona posizione, vicino al centro. Poco funzionale per un viaggio business.

Poor, the receptionist on the day of departure didn't even help us with our luggage to open the door for us to take our suitcases down the stairs because it was pouring rain. He sat at the reception desk and scrolled through his mobile phone. Very serious and without any kindness.

In regards to our opening hours, it is important to explain that we are not a hotel but a hotel residence, and as such we are not open 24 hours a day like many apart hotels. These informations are clearly noted on our website, and indicated to the travel agencies working with us.
As the reception opens at 8 a.m. and the same person takes care of breakfast, it is entirely logical that the service starts at 8 a.m., this is clearly specified on all booking platforms.
This is also why all apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, so it is completely possible to prepare your own breakfast in your apartment.

The facility was a liitle to old, but the hotel staff was very freindly.

Difficult access to hotel, not properly working airconditioning and sanitary sewage . No vegetables at breakfast.

Perfectly acceptable except for reception and heating issues

Concerning our opening hours, it is important to point out that we are not a hotel but a hotel residence, and as such we are not open 24 hours a day like many apart hotels.

Regarding the heating, you may not have noticed the small remote control attached to the wall which allows you to adjust the temperature as well as the power of the reversible air conditioning.
