servicio pesimo un amigo pago por la limpieza y solo le cambiaron las sabanas y las toallas le dejaron el resto del cuarto horrible sucio
We are sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay. However, we would like to give our side of the story.
Several guests have complained about your behavior. You were very loud and you played the music too loud. This disturbed the peace of our other guests and we therefore had to come and ask you to be more attentive and respectful of others on several occasions.
You have also scattered a lot of paper and packaging waste in our common areas.
Finally, regarding the cleaning of certain apartments (on request) during your stay, our maids did what they could given the state of your apartments. You had left things scattered everywhere in the rooms, so it was impossible for them to do a complete clean-up.
