Noise. I stayed 1 week for the business trip in October and there was a renovation at the house just in front of my balcony, so the workers started drilling 7 am in the morning and stopped by 6pm. It was impossible to sleep ah hour later in the morning or started doing emails and work during the day.
Everything written above makes staying there really sad considering the price of 530 paid for 3 nights.
