Very bad, I will never stay there again. I asked twice to clean my room after 2 days, and they never did. The reception was closed when I arrived at the hotel. The building is old and dirty. Personnel could smile a bit.

We are sorry to learn you did not have a good stay. It is important to explain that we are not a hotel; we are an aparthotel and as such daily cleaning of the apartment is not included in our "residential option" which is the one you picked. However, you can opt for our hotel service option, with extra charge, which includes daily housekeeping.

Regarding our reception's opening hours, they are available on our website so you can see if they fit your need before you make a reservation and on the confirmation email you were sent. We're sorry if you did not see this information before your arrival. We are very attentive to the quality of the reception and we take note of your comments.

In regards to the building, we are a bit surprised by your comment as some renovation was done a couple of years ago and as the common areas are cleaned every day.

We hope we will welcome you again in one of our 20 residences in France.
