What happens when the door keys are non responsive at 10.30 pm - and you cannot get into your room; and the call to the number written on the door doesn't go through.
Nightmare!

Dear Mr. Bandyopadhyay,

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We're very sorry to learn your key-cards stopped working. We have an on-call team available 24/7 when the reception is closed who is able to guide you to get an emergency key-card. However, they did not receive a call from you. Otherwise, they would have been more than happy to help.
